Spineart® Dynamik TL Tlif Cage
Launched in 2008, the Dynamik TL benefits from the range's typical slit, designed to stimulate fusion by exposing the graft to tension (according to Wolff’s law).
The Dynamik TL can be implanted through a minimally invasive transforaminal approach in order to achieve maximum efficiency and minimal disruption.
- Load sharing concept
Dynamik’s slits enhance flexion of the device under a physiological compressive load. This concept improves load sharing between the device and a graft by distributing axial load through the cage and stressing the graft, creating an optimal environment for fusion in accordance with Wolff’s law.
- Angled shape
The profiled shape of the implant allows for an easy insertion.
- Compact set
Compact instrumentation including a multiaxial instrument.
- Tailor made bone graft
The anatomical and resorbable bone substitute (Tricalciumphosphate) offers an alternative to autograft.
- Multiaxial instrument
The multiaxial implant holder allows for easy insertion of the trial cages and the TLIF implant. An effortless manipulation of the secure locking mechanism wheel during implementation enables to change the anchorage of the device until it has reached its final position.
Heights: 8 mm – 14 mm with 2 mm increments
Lordosis: 4°
The material of manufacture, PEEK-OPTIMA®, a poly-ether-ether-ketone, gives this product radiolucency on x-ray, plus durability and flexibility comparable with natural bone, plus the high standard of biocompatibility necessary for long-term implantation.
